I Don’t Think That’s OK

Great news! Josh Freese has made the first song from his new album available for download! Check out his website to get the track, I Don’t Think That’s OK, and read up (again) on the funny pricing options for the album. Who else is thinking of shelling out $50 for that phone call? So far it seems like people have some interesting ideas for their converstion with the Freesinator, ranging from asking what the deal is with Sugar Pitch Cortini, to inhaling helium before speaking to him in homage to his YouTube videos. I, of course, have nothing creepy or out of the ordinary planned. Nothing at all. Phone sex? No! Who said that?

Josh Freese’s new record, Since 1972, will be released on March 24th so have your credit card at the ready! Just let me know if you opt to pay $50 or more; I’m gonna want details.

Also, you might want to keep checking the Nine Inch Nails account on Vimeo as there are some delicious videos up there (and more to come, presumably).

  1. Haha, I love you. xD

  2. *giggles* All of those $50 ideas you listed are fantastic. Unfortunately I don’t have $50 to spare but if I suddenly strike it rich you can count on it >:D

  3. Yeah I’m kinda hoping I write my novel in the next week or so, get it published, sell millions of copies and have enough to pay for all of the options.

    It’s doable, I think.

  4. josh freese makes me wish i had lots of disposable income and lived in LA. even though if i had that kind of money it would be THE MOST STUPID THING EVER to waste it on. but whenever i read the prices i just think how fucking amazing and surreal would it be to do any of those things with josh freese.

i would have no idea what to say to him on the phone but asking him about sugar pitch cortini would be a good idea, however at the end of my 5 minutes it may feel wasted.
